Certified MBA CSR (CMBA CSR)
Certified Master Business Administration of Corporate Social Responsibility. Collaborating with PORTMAN College Malaysia, this program is designed for all personnel across the business chain, from staff level to leadership. It aims to integrate CSR into the operational essence of the business. The goal is to empower them to become Masters of Social Responsibility in business management.
Certified CSR Leader (CCL)
Certified Corporate Social Responsibility Leader. Understanding ESG and subsequently obtaining a rating is no guarantee that a company has completely fulfilled its social responsibilities. Ensuring the satisfaction of the community as stakeholders should be the ultimate goal. This means that all initiatives are designed as solutions to the issue. It's only then that a company benefits from the positive image cultivated by all operational units that understand and execute their social responsibilities effectively. The problem arises when CSR and business are not developed to PLUG IN. Leadership breakthroughs are needed. Business coaches, CSR, and communication experts have designed this international training to empower participants to become genuine CSR leaders. This will enable them to navigate through various turbulences effectively, turning challenges into opportunities for mutual benefits. This international training is made to target Directors, Managers, and Staff of all units, as well as CSR Consultants
Certified Master Social Change
In collaboration with PORTMAN College Malaysia as a certification body, La Tofi School of Social Responsibility has designed this training as a Training of Trainer (ToT), awarding participants with a Certified Master of Social Change (CMSC) certification. The training is conducted as a MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) over approximately one month, during which participants receive tutorial videos from coaches via the website edu.latofi.com. Additionally, participants are tasked with creating solution-oriented ideas through video monologues, speeches, or presentations. This methodology has successfully stimulated participants to think actively about creating change, as experienced by 41 participants of the first cohort of CMBA CSR, who graduated on July 17, 2024, during the Nusantara CSR Awards 2024 event at Hotel Kempinski Jakarta. CMSC participants will also receive CSR literature through books and frameworks provided by the coaches on the website. The MOOC is combined with face-to-face sessions conducted over three days to provide more technical experiences and materials as tools to create change in the field.
Certified Master Social Worker (CMSW)
CSW or Corporate Social Worker is a new identity for company managers and employees who organize CSR efforts that can enhance business performance. CSW is a social worker who engages in CSR. CSW bases its ethics on the professional practice of social work. This way, CSR will be much more meaningful for companies, society, and the environment with the presence of CSW.
